‘Shocktober’ is Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness month.

Presented by Defib First, ‘Shock around the Clock’ Gala Dinner is the inaugural event of a national campaign to promote the critical importance of bystanders taking action and becoming urban lifesavers when they witness a cardiac arrest.

‘When minutes matter, anyone can be an urban lifesaver
by applying an automated external defibrillator (AED) during a cardiac arrest!’ Waiting for an ambulance to arrive is too often too late to save a victim of cardiac arrest.
